We are seeking highly qualified Senior NASGRO & AFGROW Experts to join our network of consultants for ongoing client projects in Sweden and Germany.

Key RequirementsNationality: EU citizens (mandatory for client compliance)
Education: Master’s or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 5–10+ years hands-on experience in:
NASGRO and/or AFGROW for fatigue crack growth analysis and damage tolerance
FEA (Abaqus, Nastran, Hypermesh, FEMAP) and fracture mechanics calculations
Life prediction, structural integrity assessments, and fatigue test correlation
Industry Background: Proven track record in aerospace, defense, or related safety-critical sectors
Leadership: Ability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and work closely with client engineering teams
Compliance: Experience supporting airworthiness, certification, or regulatory documentation
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; able to present results clearly to stakeholders
Mobility: Willingness and ability to relocate or work on-site in Sweden or Germany
