- We are currently looking for a Senior Design Quality for our customer based in Gothenburg, Sweden
· 12+ months contract
· Good rates, ongoing needs

· 100% on-site at the customer ́s premises.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities would include but not limited to:
· Define Quality objectives and ensure that all provisions are planned, performed and efficient
· Ensure Development compliance with applicable standards and regulations during all phases of the project
· Ability to monitor and control design status including all open actions
· Ability to conduct Design reviews before formal milestone reviews
· Ensure the control of changes are incorporated in accordance with the configuration management processes (requirements, engineering change, definition, means, manufacturing process, repairs, etc.)
· Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
· Report alerts, risks and opportunities to the Program department
· Ability to monitor and control design suppliers (design or design + build) (starting from RFI/RFP phase) during whole lifecycle of the sub-contract
· Train Design teams and support them for building documents and implementing Quality tools
· Ensure the control of Authorizations and Qualifications
Job Requirements
· Graduate degree in aerospace or Quality Development/Project discipline, or equivalent experience
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality within an Aerospace company environment
· Direct experience/knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AQAP2310 including detecting root cause, implementing corrective action and improvement action methods
· Direct experience/knowledge of IEEE 15288 (or equivalent systems engineering standard/guidance), SAE-ARP4754, SAE-ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254 standards/guidelines, and ability to audit with respect to standards/guidelines that shall be followed by Heart and Heart’s design suppliers
· Direct experience/knowledge of EIA649 Configuration Management Standard
· Direct experience within EASA regulations Part 21J (Design Organisation Approval DOA, TC, Post-TC), knowledge of the interface between Quality and Independent System Monitoring functions
· Direct experience/knowledge with product development/requirement management/PLM/PDM tools (such as DOORS, Teamcenter, Catia etc.)
· Direct experience with audit planning execution and reporting (process, products and regulatory audits), knowledge of ISO19011, preferably worked as internal or lead auditor, including supplier audits
· A strong compliance and detail-oriented mindset
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
